Shipping Info:
Orders shipped within continental U.S.(ONLY), will be shipped by UPS.
Our policy is to ship all orders by the third business day, you must still allow the usual transit time for UPS.
ITEMS Ordered Together Are Sometimes Shipped Separately.
Warranties:
Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Many of our products carry an extended manufacturer warranty that come with a one year, five year, ten year or lifetime warranties. All correspondence from you, the customer, should be in writing to the address on the warranties. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier, but we will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship. See return and exchange policies below.
Return and Exchange Policies:
We must approve all returns before you return them, you must file a claim within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery.
If you need to return a product, please email us at returns@roademergencycarkits.com and include the reason you wish to return the product(s), your phone number and a valid email address. We will reply within two business days. After approval, products must be returned in their original packaging.
If product received is defective, a full return or exchange will be issued. Non-defective merchandise returned will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs will not be refunded.
Remember, we must approve all returns before you return them. You must file a claim within 10 days of receipt. If you do not file a claim within 10 days, the claim will not be accepted.
