On my order form, why does it say-shipping fees do not necessarily represent UPS published rates and may include charges levied by the Merchant?
Some Merchants add extra charges-we do not. UPS must state this to cover all basis. Our shipping fees are the real-time UPS charges.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, but only in the State of California where our corporate office is located. We are required by law to do so. The rate is 7.75%.

How long does it take me to receive my order?
We usually ship within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your order, via UPS. Depending on where you want your package delivered. It could take anywhere from a couple of days to approximately a week to reach you.
Which model of the Forever Flashlights produce more light?
The larger the flashlight, the larger the diameter of the spotlight produced. Therefore the Forever Flashlight Large Clear 11 Inch will produce a brighter and larger light output.
Is your flashlight waterproof?
Yes, our flashlights are completely waterproof and will stay afloat on water. It is a great tool for your car, boat, RV or emergency kit.
How long does your flashlights produce light for?
The flashlight can produce a maximum of five minutes of visible light, obviously the longer you shake the flashlight, the longer the light output.
How do you replace the flashlight bulb?
You never have to replace the LED bulbs, because they are not like conventional bulbs that need replacing.
What color is the light output?
The Forever Flashlights shoot out a very light blue tinted white light.
Do you have a printed catalog?
No, we do not provide a printed catalog for a couple of reasons-to keep your costs down and because inventory selections change from time to time.
